Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at qoweeyinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address (if applicable).
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Certain products, such as personalized or custom items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
Exchanges:
- We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

- As we use third-party suppliers CJdropshipping for fulfillment, some products may be subject to specific return policies set by the manufacturer or supplier. We will work with you to resolve any issues in line with the supplier’s policy.
